Vendor Registration
All Craft and vendor spots will be $55 and invoiced electronically. Layout and table location will be made and chosen by Kerri. Please keep in mind that a very small team runs Century Farms and every year we struggle to set tables for this show so please be kind, be respectful, and if possible be helpful to others. We love this show but it does have it own stresses.
Century Farms will be accepting NEW WITH TAGS toys for Toys For Tots this year. The Bar N will be open during the show in our lower level for vendors and guests to purchase refreshments.
It is important that you are loaded in and ready to go by 11:30pm on the 9th.
Rules and Vital Information
Lambert Venues LLC will invoice you directly through Square. We try to do this within 48 hours of registration via email.
Kerri and Maria will assign table types and location, this will be on a first come first serve basis by invoice payment. If you want a rectangular table upstairs, best get your registration in and invoice paid quickly as these are the most sought after tables. After a selection is filled Kerri will email all crafters/vendors with that table type with your table type, size, and location (main or lower level) so you may be prepared. Vendors who wish to request a lower level table or have special request may do so at that time only please. Table selection order will be (from highest to lowest): Rectangular Main level (7β3βx4β), Round Main level (6β diameter), Rectangular Lower Level (plastic 8βx30β). If you do not require a table please upload photos of your items and Kerri will determine the best location for you. Due to spacing no extra tables may be brought into the barn. Your βspaceβ will be approximately 2 foot wider than your table. Please respect your neighbors and their space. Kerri will do her best not to put similar crafters near one another, but sometimes that is simply not possible.
Most tables will have easy access to electricity. Please bring your own extension cords and surge protectors. Do NOT tape any cords down to the floor as access will be behind your table where only you will walk. You may bring a small rug of some type to cover cords if you wish.
The tables upstairs are wood and larger than your typical pop-up table. We do require them to be covered. Please be respectful of them and bring a cover or some sort of protection for the table. That being said no table coverings will be provided by Lambert Venues LLC..
Your table must be attended at all times during the show. This is to protect your product and serve all shoppers equally.
Load in and set up will be through the front door of the barn from 9am-11am Sunday for upstairs vendors, and through the lower double doors for downstairs vendors tables. After you have loaded in, vehicles must be moved away from the doors to the hidden side of the parking lot (lower level of Senior Suites). We want the best parking for the shoppers! Thatβs why we are here. If the vehicle pertains to your services (I.E. Transportation or Food Truck) please be aware display space out front is limited and must be requested and approved. These requests are first come first serve with registration and approval.
Hold Harmless Agreement
For good and valuable consideration, the undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold free and harmless, Lambert Venues, LLC and Century Farms, and each of their agents, employees, and owners, from and against any and all causes of actions, claims, liabilities, assertions of liability, losses, costs and expenses including, but not limited to attorney fees, which in any manner may arise or be alleged to have arisen, or resulted, or alleged to have resulted from the presence, activities, and promotions of any nature whatsoever or otherwise of the undersigned, its agents or employees, on or adjacent to the premises known as Century Farms or Senior Suites at Century Farms, including claims or loss by Century Farms, Senior Suites at Century Farms, and Lambert Venues LLC and their agents, employees, and owners.
As an exhibitor of The Country Christmas Craft Show, 2025, we, the exhibitor, agree to the above. We understand that all space will be assigned by Kerri of Century Farms and Lambert Venues who has the right to decline any application or disallow any exhibit which is not in keeping with the character of the show.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
