Do you offer catering?
Century Farms does not offer catering. You are free to choose your own caterer, they must be licensed and insured. If your caterer has not worked an event at the barn before, we ask that they schedule a tour with us before your event. Check out some of our favorites here.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
We officially obtained our liquor license in April of 2025! So what does that mean for you? All alcohol must be purchased and supplied through the venues license. Its that simple. The liquor packages are set and available so we can give you all the necessary information to start crafting your alcohol budget here at Century Farms.
No shots, neats, rocks pours, or doubles are permitted at the barn (This helps keep it a wedding and not a frat partyπ). 5 Hour max on your open bar. Security is provided.
Is there a prep kitchen for the caterers?
Century Farms has a prep kitchen for your caterers to utilize in the lower level of the barn with ample room for food prep. Though we have a prep kitchen it is not commercially rated so therefore caterers may not cook or clean up their supplies in our Barn. Upstairs in the reception area is a bar with ample counter space, a 3-door commercial refrigerator, ice machine with deep freezer full of bags of ice.
Can the barn host the rehearsal dinner?
You are welcome to host your rehearsal dinner at the barn if you have opted for the Full Wedding Weekend Package or the 2 day Thursday/Friday Package. More information about those packages can be found Here.
What are the table sizes?
There are two styles of wooden Amish-made tables upstairs in the reception area. We have 9 round tables that are 6 feet in diameter and can seat up to 10 guests, we have them ready set for 10. The other style that we have 11 of is a rectangular table that is 8 feet 6 inches by 4 feet and can seat 10 when the 2 table leaves are left into place. Each leaf measures 15 inches each. The leaves can be taken out (stored inside the table itself) and the table can seat 6-8 guests.
We have plastic folding banquet tables available for use as well. Ten rectangular at 8 feet by 2 feet 6 inches (can seat 10), two 5ft round (can seat 8), one 4 ft round (can seat 4), two 6ft rectangular (can seat 8).

Your wedding package at Century Farms Event Barn includes access to the beautiful barn from 9am to Midnight on your wedding day.
20 Amish Made tables and Chairs which can seat guests up to 200. No linens are required.

3 Amazing Ceremony Spaces to Choose From
The Pergola between the Oaks
This outdoor ceremony space is completely customizable to your wedding. Decorate the large 16 X 12 X 10 Ft pergola that fits your wedding theme, and allow your guest to rest in comfort with white resin ceremony chairs. The larger yard space allows for a full wedding ceremony of up to 250 guests.
The Indoor Ceremony Space
Nestled in a beautiful part of the barn, and adorned with twinkling lights, the indoor space offers plenty of room for seating your guest, a wooden wedding arbor (8ft wide by 7β6 tall), and a lighted wedding aisle with double door entrance.
The Stone Stage
Nature supplies the decor for this beautiful space. Seat up to 140 guests at locally harvested, milled, and crafted benches in an amphitheater style setting. The long winding crushed limestone path through the woods makes for an incredibly unforgettable entrance to your ceremony.
Bridal Get Ready Rooms
Century Farms has two beautifully appointed villas on the property that include 5 hotel rooms, a dedicated hair & makeup space, a common area of a kitchenette (no stove), dining, and living room. At least one villa is included for weekend date weddings and provides a wonderful space for the bridal party to get ready for the wedding. For more information about the villas, click here.
Is Century Farms handicapped accessible?
Yes, the barn is handicap-accessible upstairs from the front big barn door, and downstairs from the either sides double doors.
Is the Barn decorated?
The barn is decorated, but you are free to hide whatever decor you donβt like as long as it is returned to its place by the time you leave the barn.

Places for your guests to stay
Aside from the 5-star villas that are on the property, Carrollton hosts 2 hotels that are near the barn. Microtel is an 80-room hotel that is directly across the street from the main entrance of the barn. There is also Candlewood Suites, a 100-room hotel, that is less than one minute away from the barn. Their websites are linked on our vendors page.
Transportation Services
We are lucky to have a local shuttle company right here in Carrollton. They will offer an all-day rate to transport your guest to and from the hotels in the area or local residences straight to the barn. This service is not included in your venue rental. You must contact and hire the shuttle company for your wedding day, you can find them here.
Century Farms Policies
Pet Policy
Century Farms loves having pets as part of your wedding ceremony, but no pets are permitted in the reception area or Villa 2. Service Animals are welcomed. Emotional support animals are not permitted. Please be kind to your fur babies. A wedding reception is not a place a pet enjoys to be. If bringing a pet for the ceremony please make proper arrangements for your pet during the reception. Guests are not permitted to bring their pets onsite, only those of the couple and pets of those invited to stay onsite for the weekend are welcome.
Smoking
The barn and villa rooms are all non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking and vaping are not permitted near any entrance doors. Smokers and vapers can utilize the back deck of the barn during your event. Illicit drugs are absolutely not welcome on our property. We have a zero tolerance policy for drug use at Century Farms.
Vendor Set up Policy
Vendors may set up the day of the wedding as early as 9am if you have opted for a one day package. The Full Wedding Weekend package allows for Vendors to set up Fridays between noon and 10pm. If you have added Thursday on to your Friday rental vendors may set up as early as 3pm on Thursday.
Reserving the barn and Payment Policy
How to Reserve the barn
To officially reserve your date, Century Farms requires a signed contract and a retainer/deposit of $1000.
Payment Schedule
After your contract and deposit has been received, bi-monthly payments will begin 2 months later and continue up until 2-3 months before your wedding day. Payments can be made via cash, check, or online through your own Dubsado portal that we create for our clients.
